What is conception?
Conceptions are an action of conceiving a baby, inception of pregnancy, fertilization and well as preparing your body to get pregnant. Our body tries to convince a baby each month through a series of steps and process which includes our hormones, menstrual cycle as well as organs without our notice.
It is the primary reason that many women didn’t know extract date and time when they have conceived until they missed the periods and pregnancy result came positive.
How do conception and pregnancy happen?
There are seven standard steps of conception and pregnancy through which each female body goes through:
• Rising of hormones
• Travelling of egg
• Fertilization of egg
• HCG of the pregnancy hormones
These eggs are grown inside the ovaries which are small fluid-filled sacs and known as follicles. When the ovulation happens, one of the eggs erupts from the follicles. It occurs before two weeks of your periods.
2. Hormonal changes:
Each month a female body releases some hormones which are responsible for getting pregnant. As soon as your body ends the menstrual cycle some hormones are produced which makes and simulates one or more eggs in the ovaries to get matures. The hormone is called the corpus luteum which helps the uterus lining to thicken and get it ready for the egg to come.
3. Travelling on eggs:
After the egg is made, it is transferred to the fallopian tube for fertilization. When the egg is a move to the tube, it waits about 24 hours for the sperm here which will fertilize it and make a baby. Usually, it happens after two weeks of your last period, and it is also considered as the best time to conceive.
If the there is no sperm present at that time the egg will move to the uterus, the hormones come back to the normal, and the body will also start the periods by shredding the thick lining of the uterus. In this case, the conception didn’t happen, and there is no pregnancy.
When the egg is waiting for the sperm, and it meets with it, the women conceive. It requires only one sperm to fertilize the egg, and it changes the egg immediately so that no other sperm can do it. Also here the gender and genes of a baby are decided. If the sperm is Y chromosomes, the baby will be a boy, and if it is X chromosome, it will be a girl.
As soon as the egg is fertilized with the sperm, it starts to divide into small cells and stays in the fallopian tube for 3 to 4 days. Than this fertilized egg moves towards the uterus and attaches to the wall, this is known as implantation.
When the implantation happens, some women notice the light bleeding or spotting within 1 to 2 days. Because the walls of uterus get thicker and the cervix gets a seal with the mucus. It helps the pregnancy to last and stays in the place till the baby born. After the three weeks of implication, the cells of egg grow in small clumps means that the nerves of the baby have developed.
7. HCG pregnancy hormones:
When the pregnancy is conceived by women, the pregnancy hormones known as the HCG grows in the body. It is also responsible for the detection of pregnancy test therefore after the 3 to 4 weeks of your last period; this hormone is high enough that the test can detect it.
As soon as conception happens to the full process of pregnancy, the woman came to know about the pregnancy when their body shows early signs and symptoms as well in many cases when they missed their period’s dates.
That is why usually when the doctors calculate the conception and period of your pregnancy they estimate it from the day you have missed the menstrual dates. These days are not only best for conception but usually, most of the pregnancies occur during this time of the month.
