Set Goals yourself

Before you start ,have a clear goal in mind of what you want to accomplish.Do yo want to build muscle,lose weight or a combination of both?What ever your goal is,write it down and make sure it’s specific attainable and measurable.

Also ,don’t set goals that are unrealistic because you’ll get disappointed if you don’t achieve them.
